Track not added to playlist - Special characters

I have a problem with my playlists.

New songs will no longer be added but the last entry in the file will be replaced all the time.

If I check the playlist inside emby I don't see the new songs

Furthermore the last line looks different to the others because the path is added

Sample:

#EXTALB:ZZ Top - Greatest Hits
#EXTART:ZZ Top
#EXTINF:232,La Grange
ZZ Top/ZZ Top - Greatest Hits/ZZ Top -La Grange.flac
#EXTALB:ZZ Top - Greatest Hits
#EXTART:ZZ Top
#EXTINF:134,Tush
ZZ Top/ZZ Top - Greatest Hits/ZZ Top -Tush.flac
#EXTALB:BÄM
#EXTART:Schmutzki
#EXTINF:160,Meine Party
file:///mnt/nas/music/Schmutzki/BÄM/Schmutzki -Meine Party.mp3/mnt/nas/music/Schmutzki/BÄM/Schmutzki -Meine Party.mp3

The album name contains special characters, so I tried if the error also occurs while adding other songs. Test was fine.
Is the problem with "Ä", "Ü", "Ö" know and planed to fix or must I rename everything? -_-

Edit:
If I add the songs manually to the playlist it's working. Problem only occurs when adding the songs with Emby

This will not work because you need to have the same file in your emby library using the exact same path. Do you?

Thanks for the information, will try to rename the files if no other solution works.

The snippet above is what I see in my m3u file after adding the song with emby.

Means Emby writes this. Playback of the file with emby is possible without any problems.

If I write manually a line containing the exact path to the file it is working.

I'm not expert but the line that emby creates contains the path two times doesn't it? Could this be the problem?

Thanks

The problem becomes more and more crazy.

Like I said before I added some files manually to the playlist and it worked fine but it seems that the media scanner job then removes this files again from the playlist.

Mean the files could not be added before to the list by Emby.

Playback from the library is still fine...

One more thing. I added the songs manually by writing a line with its absolute path.
Tracks are shown in the playlist and everything was fine.

The media scanner (maybe because it happened tonight) transformed everything to multiple lines with
EXTART
Extinf...

Still one group per track but a different structure than my entry ( /mnt/music/... Mp3

Like you see above

Maybe here is also a problem

I've tried to reproduce my problem using an internal Emby playlist. Using this even the troublemakers are working.

For me the problem occurs only when using external m3u files.
