Poster image not being created

I have my video files organised in folders under a category folder -

 

holidays

  - Spain

    - Madrid2018

       Madrid2018.mp4

    - Barcelona2012

       Barcelona2012.mp4

  - Japan

    - Tokyo2013

       Tokyo2013.mp4

    - Saporo2013

       Saporo2013.mp4

 

Each folder where there is a .mp4 file is getting a .nfo file created containing the specs of the video file and some also get the poster.jpg created but not all.

 

I checked the folder permissions are ok, but as the .nfo is being created it cannot be an access problem.

 

Chapter image extraction is working ok.

 

How can i troubleshoot this?

Found the problem.

 

I'd switched off the Screen Grabber in the library
