Fast forwarding for these videos works in the web client and the android version, but not on the android tv version (Tried on Shield, philips tv and a china box). I sent you a debug log around 19.40 CET september 8th, where you hopefully can get the information you need. I'll try to find other videos with the same problem if the reason is special codec combinations...
