ddurdle 75 Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 I noticed that after I changed the IP of one of my hosts, that existing Emby Connect ID sessions continue to try to hit on the old IP. I pretty much have to delete and re-invite the person. Even then, they'll then have two entries in Emby Connect ID for the same server. And the interface doesn't indicate the IP for either. Solution Luke 37151 Posted September 7, 2018 Solution Share Posted September 7, 2018 Currently they won't get the updated IP until both of these things have happened: Server has reported new IP to Emby Connect ( this is pretty frequent) The user has restarted the app, or signs out and signs back in The second part is an area that we can improve. I do remember that working for me on a roku device in the past. I'll keep both points in mind. I'm glad it will update at some point, for those users who don't log in every day, hopefully by the time they do, it'll be reflected for them.
