Recuerda que ese plugin copia tus configuraciones a una carpeta que tu defines, respaldaste esa carpeta antes de formatear? Para restaurar hay que copiar de nuevo las carpetas que respaldaste a la carpeta configurada en el Plugin (que previamente debiste de haber instalado y configurado después de formatear) después de eso el plugin debería de mostrar el respaldo como disponible para restaurar.
