darkassassin07 429
I have a library with around 200images in it. When I open the library on the android app thumbnails fail to load on their own. If I open a single image it loads fine, then returning to the library with the back button the thumbnails for the images visible on your screen will load. If you scroll down from there everything else still hasn't loaded an wont on its own. Edited August 13, 2018 by darkassassin07

darkassassin07 429
Well then... I tested again when I got home and didn't have this issue with LAN. Then I tried again using mobile data and didn't have any issues. I then went back the the wifi network I was having this issue on and still no problems. The thumb nails load properly as they should. When I originally ran into this, I restarted the app, tried re-connecting to the wifi, even re-started the device itself and kept having issues. Here is the relevant sections of the logs (both nginx access log, and emby server log): In here and all the rest of my emby logs I am seeing quite alot of this: 2018-08-12 21:45:32.266 Error HttpServer: Error in ProcessAccept *** Error Report *** Version: 3.5.2.0 Command line: C:\Users\Darkassassin07\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll Operating system: Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 64-Bit OS: True 64-Bit Process: True User Interactive: True Processor count: 4 Program data path: C:\Users\Darkassassin07\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application directory: C:\Users\Darkassassin07\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.IO.IOException: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream. at System.Net.Security.SslState.StartReadFrame(Byte[] buffer, Int32 readBytes, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.StartReceiveBlob(Byte[] buffer, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ForceAuthentication(Boolean receiveFirst, Byte[] buffer, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ProcessAuthentication(LazyAsyncResult lazyResult) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.BeginAuthenticateAsServer(SslServerAuthenticationOptions sslServerAuthenticationOptions, CancellationToken cancellationToken, AsyncCallback asyncCallback, Object asyncState) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.BeginAuthenticateAsServer(X509Certificate serverCertificate, Boolean clientCertificateRequired, SslProtocols enabledSslProtocols, Boolean checkCertificateRevocation, AsyncCallback asyncCallback, Object asyncState) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.<>c.<AuthenticateAsServerAsync>b__50_1(X509Certificate arg1, Boolean arg2, SslProtocols arg3, AsyncCallback callback, Object state) at System.Threading.Tasks.TaskFactory`1.FromAsyncImpl[TArg1,TArg2,TArg3](Func`6 beginMethod, Func`2 endFunction, Action`1 endAction, TArg1 arg1, TArg2 arg2, TArg3 arg3, Object state, TaskCreationOptions creationOptions) at System.Threading.Tasks.TaskFactory.FromAsync[TArg1,TArg2,TArg3](Func`6 beginMethod, Action`1 endMethod, TArg1 arg1, TArg2 arg2, TArg3 arg3, Object state) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.AuthenticateAsServerAsync(X509Certificate serverCertificate, Boolean clientCertificateRequired, SslProtocols enabledSslProtocols, Boolean checkCertificateRevocation) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpConnection.Init() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpEndPointListener.ProcessAccept(SocketAsyncEventArgs args) System.IO.IOException at System.Net.Security.SslState.StartReadFrame(Byte[] buffer, Int32 readBytes, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.StartReceiveBlob(Byte[] buffer, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ForceAuthentication(Boolean receiveFirst, Byte[] buffer, AsyncProtocolRequest asyncRequest) at System.Net.Security.SslState.ProcessAuthentication(LazyAsyncResult lazyResult) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.BeginAuthenticateAsServer(SslServerAuthenticationOptions sslServerAuthenticationOptions, CancellationToken cancellationToken, AsyncCallback asyncCallback, Object asyncState) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.BeginAuthenticateAsServer(X509Certificate serverCertificate, Boolean clientCertificateRequired, SslProtocols enabledSslProtocols, Boolean checkCertificateRevocation, AsyncCallback asyncCallback, Object asyncState) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.<>c.<AuthenticateAsServerAsync>b__50_1(X509Certificate arg1, Boolean arg2, SslProtocols arg3, AsyncCallback callback, Object state) at System.Threading.Tasks.TaskFactory`1.FromAsyncImpl[TArg1,TArg2,TArg3](Func`6 beginMethod, Func`2 endFunction, Action`1 endAction, TArg1 arg1, TArg2 arg2, TArg3 arg3, Object state, TaskCreationOptions creationOptions) at System.Threading.Tasks.TaskFactory.FromAsync[TArg1,TArg2,TArg3](Func`6 beginMethod, Action`1 endMethod, TArg1 arg1, TArg2 arg2, TArg3 arg3, Object state) at System.Net.Security.SslStream.AuthenticateAsServerAsync(X509Certificate serverCertificate, Boolean clientCertificateRequired, SslProtocols enabledSslProtocols, Boolean checkCertificateRevocation) at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpConnection.Init() at SocketHttpListener.Net.HttpEndPointListener.ProcessAccept(SocketAsyncEventArgs args) nginx access log.txt emby server log.txt

Luke 37119
It's hard to say. We'll have to see if it happens again. Thanks.
