VA transcode process can not running correct

i was a  XPEnology user and my server info at below

 

DSM 6.2 with J3455 Motherboard with 4GB memory

 

i can not playback when turn on the hardware transcode function by using (/dev/dri/renderD128)

 

i only could play the movie with software transcode , but it cause the CPU usage very high.

 

so what can i do? is there any incorrect setting that i set?

With software transcoding this is normal. Have you tried enabling vaapi hardware transcoding?

OMG

before i have getinfo use ./vainfo command that the process has never end and display nothing when vainfo run twice.

so i have to restart the whole machine with DSM.

 

after that, i could play the movie with using the hardware transcoding function.

BUT,  the whole machine with DSM has been reboot when the movie was playing 2 or 3 seconds.

i have try twice, the reboot action always been there.

 

so , i need to read the log now , and is there any problem cause that happen?

i just use the Plex yesterday and it would be ok, so i guess when im installing EMBY process has some issue? should i need to reinstall EMBY?

i have reinstall the EMBY but the issue has not been solved that im playing the movie with hardware transcoding then the machine will been reboot.

i think there would be some issue with the VAAPI or graphic drive?

i have uploaded two Attach files.

 

i have reboot the whole machine with DSM.

and first time i play the movie with hardware transcoding and played 1 mins . thats perfect.

 

the log named "ffmpeg-transcode-d9cc37f8-d7bd-4314-bbf3-32e4e650d4e4.txt"

 

then i close the web client window and i retry to play the same movie file, but the movie can not be play sucessful.

so i found all the movie can not be play at this time. >_<

nothing gonna changes.

so i have do downgrade my DSM from version 6.2 to 5.2.

and retry to install EMBY again and wish it works successful.

i open another forum thread to ask how to download the install file manually.
