twinkybot 3
Hi there, I noticed that if I browse my artists that as soon as I look at the details page the application crashes with a seperate crash log in the admin dashboard. Please see attachment. It happens on Ubuntu 16.04 and on 18.04 (to which I just upgraded to) What could be the cause? twinkybot 3
I did already. The first occurence was 3.5.0 then I thought there might be a new version. But still it has the same effect. Oh dear. I thoguht the backup plugin works ;( I did a purge and re-installed now. But all my settings are as expected gone. But I am trying to load a backup but well it takes either ages or it does not work.
Luke 37094
Ok you also could have removed your music library and added it back, and that would have resolved it. Thanks
Luke 37094
Backup works fine. What does "does not work" mean?
twinkybot 3
Well it was showing for at least 10 minutes this loading circle and web form was not populated by any data. Same was for the users profile. Then I thought I did something wrong and I purged it again. Did the port settings first, set the path to cache, metadata to old values then I added the libraries. Voilia I could use the backup. I sincerely do not know what I did that it didn't work but it looks good for now. Okay indexing takes ages But thanks.
