Client got logged out

Hi guys,

 

my sister just told me she was asked to enter her login data when she opened the Emby App.

 

On the server side the only thing that changed is that I did the update from 3.5.1.0 to 3.5.2.0 stable today during the afternoon.

 

I can't see anything special in the server logs and she said she didn't do anything special, just wanted to use the App as usual.

 

The snippet of the log is attached, if you need a clear server log just let me know. Are there any logs in the Android App I can provide?

The App suddenly was asking for login credentials instead of auto-login. This just happened on my sisters phone, on my Android everything is fine.

There could be any number of reasons for that. Maybe she accidentally clicked log out and forgot about it or didn't realize. Maybe she clicked something in android that caused app data to get cleared. Maybe the device was deleted on the server, or a change to the user, etc.

Well, just entered her credentials once again and it is fine now.

 

Will have a look at it in case it happens again.
