blue-wizard 2
In NON-full-screen mode, the subtitles are positioned above the HUD, and after the HUD goes away the subtitles are re-positioned. This is how it should work. In full-screen mode, the subtitles are positioned above the HUD, but after the HUD goes away the subtitles are not re-positioned. This leads to the subtitles being positioned too high on the screen, like in the screenshot below.
Luke 37102
We don't currently adjust subtitle position based on whether or not the video OSD is showing. It's something we plan to look at in the future. Thanks.
blue-wizard 2
That's strange, because it is adjusting and the adjustment is what's creating the problem described.
Luke 37102
I think it is just adjusting based on the size of the browser window. There is nothing taking into consideration the position or size of the OSD. Not at the moment at least.
blue-wizard 2
EDIT: Sorry, it looks like you're right. When I full-screen from a much smaller window the text goes much higher. Edited July 28, 2018 by blue-wizard
