Xbox One X - TV shows freeze before it finishes

Hi

 

I'm having a problem where everything I watch or listen is freezing before the end. The logs don't give any indication this is happening though as such, they just loop on this:

Once it freezes I can't pause and play, I have to come out and go back in then skip to the end to watch the end. I thought it might be my media or network first but it isn't happening on Plex.

 

Server version Windows 3.5.1.0

Xbox App version 1.1.217.70

 

I've tried rebooting Xbox and restarting the server software but no joy. It doesn't happen when playing from iOS or Apple TV.

 

Any ideas?

I had the same issue. What worked for me was disabling the play next episode option in the settings.

This happened to me too, but server version 3.5.2 resolved it. Worth upgrading if you haven't already.
