UPS questions

I'm thinking about finally getting a UPS. This Cyberpower unit is appealing to me. I want one that I can lay down and have the LCD be horizontal, too. That's why I'm looking at rack mount units. What are you guys using? Is Cyberpower, reputable? Tripp lite has a considerably cheaper model, but from what I read, it has less features, as in information and management. Thoughts?

Cyberpower all the way, just make sure to buy one w/ a pure sinewave output since you have high end equipment, something like https://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-PR750LCDRM1U-Sinewave-Outlets-Rackmount/dp/B001E06YBO. I have the CP1500PFC. They also have the PowerPanel software which is a bit of an inefficient pos java app, but it does give you the ability to connect multiple servers/PCs to the UPS and waterfall the shutdown procedure (ie, mine is set up to gracefully shut down my NAS when battery gets to 8 mins remaining, then shut down my Emby server 3 mins later).

What are you looking to keep running and for how long? Back when I was still doing scientific work I would run Cyberpower UPSs in all my monitoring stations to deal with the spotty power and never had an issue with them. I've been meaning to grab one for home since my router can come back online before my modem which tends to cause issues when the power goes out.

Well, I live slightly in the country, and we've had a few power outages. I'm not looking at keeping my whole system, running. I want to protect my network gear, and my server.

Ok, so this looks like the one I should get. It's a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's something I should do, correctly.

Or this one to save a few bucks, since there's no real reason for all that juice https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003OJAHVQ/ref=psdc_764572_t3_B001E06YC8
