Change Permissions on the Emby data folder

For years I used Emby on the PC and have a complete configuration for that.

 

Now I have changed to Synology NAS I had to setup everything all over again and now I need to complete the Collections. Most of the Collection are found by the Auto Boxset plugin but a lot I need to add myself. Now was my plan to use my Collections folder that is already on my pc. Everything looks the same to me so I think it must be possible to copy the Collections folder from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data\collections to /var/packages/EmbyServer/target/var/data.

 

The problem is that I get errors trying to that with WinSCP. The error I get is "scp: /var/packages/EmbyServer/target/var/data/collections/101 Dalmatians (Animated) Collection [boxset]: Permission denied"

I have tried to change the permissions off the folder with properties and setting octal to 07777.

Again I receive an error. "Command 'chmod  0777 "collections"'

failed with return code 1 and error message

chmod: changing permissions of 'collections': Operation not permitted."

 

Is there a way to copy my PC collections to my Synology collections without errors. In other words, how can I change the permissions?
