Use filenames instead of header Title in .mkv's

I've gone over the settings a couple of times and I can't seem to find, or I'm missing, an option to tell Emby to use filenames instead of the Title stored in the metadata/headers of .mkv files.

The filenames show as (minus the .mkv):

The Familiar of Zero Knight of the Twin Moons - S01E01 - Her Majesty the Queen`s Zero

But Emby lists it as:

[Doki] Zero no Tsukaima - Futatsuki no Kishi - 01 (1280x720 Hi10P BD FLAC)

I know I can go thru all 1700+ videos on my server and remove the Title header (and I did about 50 of them last night), but there has to be a better way.

Did you enable this option?

Prefer embedded titles over filenames
This determines the default display title when no internet metadata or local metadata is available.

Dashboard-Library-selected each library-Show Advanced Settings-Prefer embedded titles over filenames

If this title is already in metadata (nfo file) then this is a different story.
