mad_cow 2 Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 (edited) I have a file (.mkv) that contains multiple audio streams. I see the icon to switch between streams and I can choose different streams, but the app does not switch between the streams. What I tried: - tested on my iPad and iPhone. on both it does not work (v1.5.2) - I tested on my android phone.it works normally there. - I also tested on Kodi (with the emby add-on) it works normally there as well. Luke 39007 Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Hi there, can we look at an example? Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. thanks !
mad_cow 2 Posted June 24, 2018 Author Posted June 24, 2018 Here's a screenshot with media info. So I do see 2 audio streams, but no matter what I choose, it always plays the Bulgarian audio stream (which is not preferable, since I don't speak Bulgarian). And on my other devices I can switch to the English audio stream. It actually does so automatically, since I set English as the default for that file) I don't think I can get logs in the iOS version, can I? Is it helpful to have the server logs as well?
Solution Luke 39007 Posted July 11, 2018 Solution Posted July 11, 2018 Emby for iOS 1.5.3 has been released to resolve issues with audio track switching, thanks. 1
