dougaddams 1 Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 I was wondering is there anyway to force identify for all movies under meta data manager?As I understand when identifying movies, without thinking emby works brilliant at identifying from IMDB.I spent a good few hours manually going through all films in the meta data manager adding the IMDB codes as I would under Identify.Following this I went to refresh all data, and did each option, in hope it would Identify the movies. ebr 14928 Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 The "Identify" function is a manual process because it requires user interaction on each item. However, it should only be needed very rarely. I would be sure your items are following our prescribed naming conventions and then simply do a refresh on the library. Then everything that can be automatically identified, will be.
