I am currently in the middle of trying to figure out how to download content to my Samsung Galaxy S8+ to watch on flights to and from Canada. However, when I go to download them, I get a message that says "ready to transfer" and then it stays that way. I have read multiple threads with similar issues but there was never really a solid fix released for it. Can someone help me with this & explain it in a way that makes sense to a toddler? Luke 37116 Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Hi, check your device settings because I think it may have a low power mode that is preventing the downloads from occurring. We are working on improving this for the next app release so that you won't have to do this, but for now this workaround can help you in the meantime. Thanks.
