Trakt: new installation with previous info

Hi! I´ve installed emby and I´ve been already using trakt to save my watched movies/series status. I´ve installed the plugin in and run it apparently with no errors but all my previous watched movies and tv shows are not marked as watched in emby.

Have you checked in Emby to see that the metadata for Avatar has an imdb / moviedb id?

If Luke's message above doesn't help, Enable debug logging emby, enable debug logging in trakt plugin settings, reproduce the issue and send us your logs.

Yes it does. I´ve checked a lot of items and they all have it.

Tried re-installing and also with a previous version. Nothing works.

I pick an id go to imdb and check which movie/tv show is. Then go to that tv show or movie > edit metadata and check if imdb id matches. Emby sends trakt information correctly when I mark something as watched but it is not marking as watched what comes from trakt.

 

I´m planning on switching from Plex if this works, even pay for emby premiere but I need this to work

I don't see any debug messages in the log though, I need to see those to see what is being sent to trakt. Are you sure you have enabled it in both places?

Both debug options are on as you´ve shown.

What I don´t understand is for example:

That code tt0826760 is The Bible in imdb (a tv show). When I check for that show metadata in emby it shows that exact code. See images:

Besides that the are few errores than content in my server. I have more than 2TB of content in my media server. There are a lot of shows/movies not even on logs that are not being marked as watched.

 

 

For what I see in the logs it downloads correctly the amount of movies/tv shows seen but it looks like it doesn´t perform any action:

I hope this helps, I have a lot of content marked in trakt and I really wanna switch to emby.

 

Another thing I´ve tried. I went to trakt and unchecked a watched show, when I sincronize it marked as watched on emby. It seems to have problems with items that where marked a long time ago.

It´s working! I´ve deleted libraries on emby and then delete library.db, create a couple again and it worked with movies and tv shows!

I believe it is wise to install the plug in before creating libraries if it´s a fresh install
