thewhale21 0 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Was just wondering if anyone was aware of an issue with chrome and the following adblock plugins. AdBlock 3.30.1 and Adblock Plus 3.1 When ever i try to launch full screen via the double clicking method it seems to get blocked by either of these extensions. I know the simple option is to just disable the plugins on my site, however i wanted to see if there was a more permanent fix. If you need any more details let me know.
PenkethBoy 2066 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 F11 - still works Dont see this as an Emby problem
thewhale21 0 Posted May 31, 2018 Author Posted May 31, 2018 I'm assuming Its the way double clicking triggers the full screen which is seen as an ad. From what i've seen in the past its quite an easy fix.
Luke 39640 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 I'm not sure there's much we can do about it. There are other methods available to you though that you can use to go fullscreen.
thewhale21 0 Posted May 31, 2018 Author Posted May 31, 2018 Well for now i've just disabled adblock for the page and its working fine. Just wanted to know if there was a better fix. Thanks anyways
maxetime 0 Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 (edited) This is because it detects: '/web/bower_components/emby-webcomponents/fullscreen/fullscreen-doubleclick.js' as an add URL and blocks it.I suggest whitelisting your emby domain. On emby side : renaming the file could help, especially the 'doubleclick' part as it is probably recognized as doubleclick the google ad service.
