airbillion 2
Any ideas on why I cannot get live tv to work? It works fine on my xbmc clients, but not with mediabrowser.... krustyreturns 191
Its hard to say for sure without the rest of the server log, but it looks like the machine mbs is running on cannot access the recorded tv folder on the wmc machine. To check, type this address into the start button on the mbs machine: \\FAMILYROOM\Recorded TV\TempSWMC\ and see if it opens the folder.

Tried from the MB3 server machine and the folder is accessible. No issues browsing to the folder.
airbillion 2
Hi Thanks for the quick response. Tried from the MB3 server machine and the folder is accessible. No issues browsing to the folder. I figured it out... I had the MB3 service on the machine set to run as a local service. I changed that to my default login account and it is now working! That also got rid or the plugin error on the dashboard: Status: Unavailable (Recorded TV folder ‘\\SPARE1\Public\Recorded TV\’ not accessible. Please make sure the Recorded TV folder used by WMC for new recordings is a shared folder. Once done, the network path to this folder must be set in ServerWMC (see ‘Folders’ tab in ServerWMC).) All is working now! Thanks!

All is working now! Thanks! Woo Hoo! Sorry, thanks. Changing the login account from local to my administrator login (running mb/emby service on windows home server 2011) did the trick. I've not tested everything but it looks promising for the first time in days. Bruce
