I've seen Luke mentioning plans for getting EPG data from the stream. I would really like that. And well.....the future is now (:

So, any plans for the near future?

I can't offer an ETA, but It's a great idea for the future, thanks.

I'm hoping on it. It's strange to have to pay for data that is allready there.

I take it you get more than the now / next data in your country from the stream? In the UK that’s all that’s available so pretty useless for a dvr

Yeah, just about everywhere I'm aware of that isn't really a fair comparison.  I don't think you could rely solely on in-stream data for DVR functions.

Yes, we get EPG data for 14 days overhere. Including a description. It has been functioning for years now with DVBLink and TVheadend.

Okay.  Unfortunately, I think that is pretty rare.
