Movies blackscreen (Subtitles errors)

Hi,
i have ~700 Movies (1080p x264) and 50% dont start on Emby WebApp (Only blackscreen)

And the "UI" Graphic dont start, only this white bottom bar, but this is not the bottom bar from emby...?
Other Movies works, many movies not...

All other apps dont have problems with this movies (FireTV, Kodi)

I test also other Browser (Chrome, Opera) and also app.emby.media
Also i transcode to 720p, but nothing work, only blackscreen


What is wrong?
I install emby on a other maschine (fresh), but the problem is not the installation its on every installation

Only i have x264 Codec Movies with DTS / Dolby

Server: Ubuntu 18.04
4 Core Intel Skylake
16 GB Ram
200 GB System SSD
1 Gbit/s
Emby v3.4.1.0

Ok i see in the Server-Logs many errors about Subtitles on this movies

What is wrong?

Edit:
So i disable Subtitles in my profil settings, and now all movies start in 1 secound...
But that is not the solution...

That's strange. I would not have expected a black screen. In my experience, it will begin playing while still waiting for the subtitles.

 

In any event, the root issue is that we're trying to extract subtitles on the fly, and it's not happening quickly enough on your system. I would suggest checking out this topic:
