i am using latest version on ubuntu server
i have 2 questions

1-why some device can not see download button ?
2- is there any way people connect without username password like a website?

Hi there, can you please give an example? What devices? Have you checked their Emby user permissions?

Not really. The closest thing you could do is just have users without passwords.

i just publish the site with 1 user 20-30 people connection same time and watch and download videos 
some of they complain and send screenshot and no download button on video page
i dont know why
