Since updating both versions crash, requiring a manual process end, when just trying to browse my libraries and much of my content is missing.

For to hit "attach this file" after selecting it.

I have scanned the Movies for new and updated to no effect but I'm running a full scan all now

Same behavior after full scan, stopped at the same line:

"2018-05-04 15:25:21.216 Debug BaseItem: Query requires post-filtering due to CollapseBoxSetItems"

Looks like there are some references to the old install location:

C:\Users\RivoTech\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\data

Did you move the install folder at some point?

This was a fresh install with imported data from a previous machine. This was done some months ago.

I've removed my movie folders form Emby settings, restarted Emby, and have added them again. Running a scan all again and will report back.

Deleted my collections library and now everything loads fine. Guess I'll work on adding the collections again when I have some free time and see if it still works.

You have a conflict with MediaBrowser-Server and Emby-Server paths

All playlists are broken

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\RivoTech\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\data\playlists\tran [playlist]

Collections would have the same issue.

I bet the path listed in Libraries was actually wrong.

I recently did a custom install and restore and remember having to manually update some of these path.

Just recreate "Collections" "mixed content" and point to *\emby-serverdata\collections.

This only happened after the update. I found out it created and is now using the old mediabrowser folder

But isn't, it is running in Emby-Server.
