gregoryacole 1 Posted April 30, 2018 Share Posted April 30, 2018 (edited) User: Greg time: 7:00 am 4-30-18 logs submitted through app I selected a channel to watch from the guide, but I only got a black screen with the circle turning until it asked if there was a problem with playback. I said "yes", but it didn't fix the problem. The same issue happened yesterday on both this Fire TV as well as an Nvidia Shield. I sent the logs from the Fire TV app yesterday as well, same user and was about 930 am. Thanks! gregoryacole 1 Posted May 1, 2018 Author Share Posted May 1, 2018 I installed the beta last night on the Shield and live TV worked, but this was also after a server reboot, which has traditionally solved this problem for me as well.
