Hi.  Make sure they haven't turned off the "Are you still watching" option.

The Roku is the one device that causes the most problems with this because, due to how the OS on the device is designed, if you just shut our app down or turn off the device with playback going, there is absolutely no way for the app to tell the server that happened.
