Reports plugin - show audio language

I would like to request an additional column/filter, please.

 

I would like to see what language(s) each video file has in its audio container.

I mention the request because I recently learned of the tool MKVToolNix which allows you to simply remove any unwanted language audio or subtitles from a mkv file WITHOUT touching or degrading the original video.

 

I've already gone through some of my movies and found about a dozen where I successfully removed a foreign audio stream. Finding those files that needed to be run through MKVToolNix was tedious though and would have been much easier if the reports page listed the audio streams for each file.
