bozrdnag 73
I like to use my own custom artwork for some things and when I do I put the files in a special folder so as not to have them overwritten or overlooked by me in the future. I have tried creating a folder called "covers" or "artwork" under the show's folder. I have also tried naming the files within "season 1" and "s01" and no matter how I do it , the folder shows up as a season under the show in Emby. I have attached a screenshot showing what I'm talking about. How can I resolve this? I should add that the series also contains a folder named "extrafanart" which does not show up as a season. Luke 37259
Currently all folders directly under the series are treated as seasons. It's something we plan to revise in the future. Thanks.
bozrdnag 73
But the folder named "extrafanart" doesn't show up as a season.
Luke 37259
That one has special handling because it's a very common one.
bozrdnag 73
That's the only one?
Luke 37259
For artwork yes. There are some others for different things like trailers for example.
bozrdnag 73
Gotcha. Thanks! Definitely would be a good idea to remove that "feature". I would think that Emby wouldn't do that unless it detected videos files in the folder, at least.
