Anyone Using A Scope Screen?

i have a scope projector screen and a 1080p projector, widescreen discs and movie files fit the screen perfectly, and i use a lumagen 3d mini to non-linear stretch 16:9 content to fill the widescreen, more than a few folks aren't wild about nls or this approach, especially purists, and i get that, but i love it, especially for live sports, it's extremely immersive and the lumagen's nls feature does a great job of keeping the middle area of the projected image relatively stretch-free while applying the stretch more on the far edges.

anyway i've recently been playing around with this same idea with my pc, emby, and streaming services such as netflix, amazon prime, etc.... by setting the pc's output resolution to 1920 x 840 and "maintain aspect ratio", i can get a wide screen image that fits my scope screen as follows:

when i stream widescreen movie files via emby's et web client it fits my scope screen perfectly, and when i stream 16:9 content it fits the screen from top to bottom but has vertical bars on the left and right.

however i just discovered that chrome has a github extension called "ultrawide video" that basically does exactly what the lumagen 3rd mini does, stretches 16:9 content to fill a scope screen (or it can crop or zoom the the stream as well).... unfortunately it doesn't do it as elegantly as the lumagen in terms of subtle non-linear stretch, but hopefully it has some settings that can be tweaked to at least get a bit closer... but the extension works for just about everything streamed from the web, not just netflix.

anyway, was wondering if anyone else here has played around with streaming widescreen from a pc...
