Downgrading stream on Safari iOS

Hi all

I have a iPad 4 with the latest iOS. When streaming via safari I have noticed that I cannot change the quality of the stream. I can open the menu. But I am unable to select anything. Yet this can be done when using the same browser on a PC. I have noticed that when you scroll up and down, it is moving the background being the video being played and not the menu, maybe this could be why I cannot select it?

overClocked!

Any way to rectify this? And it's not just Safari. I experience the same thing on my iPad using Safari and Chrome for iOS (version 7.1.1).

Yeah would also like to see this sorted. Safari and Chrome both use the same core browser engine.

It wasn't an issue until a few months back; there was a time when this worked OK.

That said, this won't be a problem with the imminent iPad app!

All browsers are Safari on iOS. Google is only allowed to put a pretty skin on Safari.
