chef 3745 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 (edited) Quick question. Currently I run 16gigs of RAM on my emby server computer. I have the opportunity to upgrade to 24gigs. Will the extra RAM show any sort of significant upgrade to the emby server application? Is it worth the extra money to make a memory upgrade? What kind of enhansments would I see,if any, and in what catagories would emby run better with more memory? Many thanks! The only non consumption related benefit would be the performance gain from going single to dual channel - but as you're opting for 24 gigs, that is not the case here.
