Improve Cinema mode with External players

Could Cinema Mode and External Player support be made so they work together?

 

I have tried my External Player from the command line with all ways I can think of and it only supports one file name on the command line. E.g this only plays the first file:

 

"c:\program files (x86)\cyberlink\powerdvd16\powerdvd.exe" "f:\2.mp4" "f:\1.mp4"

 

I think this is why enabbling Cinema Mode causes my Emby Theatre client to hang e.g. with Codec Intros.

 

Could Emby Theatre have an option to use the internal player for, say, trailers and intros and only handoff the main feature to the External Player?
