rouq 23 Posted February 2, 2018 Share Posted February 2, 2018 Hi The DVR is creating weird folder name for 2 shows that I record (S.W.A.T. and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D). They only common thing I see between both is several dots in the title. For example, S.W.A.T. the folder name is : SXO61E~U Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It seems to be caused by the smb protocol. Like you said, it's related to the name ending by a period. When I remove the the last period, the folder name is ok over smb.
