Emby crashes when working with radarr qnap ts228

my emby 3.2.70 crashes whem i´m downloading movies with radarr so ihave to stop radarr if i want to see a movie in emby, 

wonder if some one can help me

hi @@carlpac82, i notice that you're running mono 5.4. Our highest supported version is 4.8.1 and we've seen crashes with anything beyond that.

 

I would suggest doing one of two things:

 

• Roll it back to 4.8.1

OR

• If supported by your CPU architecture, try our new installation package at https://emby.media/download. This no longer uses mono at all and instead is based on the Microsoft .NET Core runtime. It is smaller, lighter, faster, etc. This of course is the best route but it require you to first remove your current installation and then install the new package.

hi @@carlpac82, my mistake. please ignore the above. I see that you're on QNAP and not running x64 which means you cant' use the .net core builds yet.

 

My suggestion would be to roll back mono. If you really can't do that, then we can probably look at various server settings that might prevent the crashing. thanks.
