ebr 14927 Posted January 24, 2018 Share Posted January 24, 2018 I'm still seeing this situation. It looks like the media info doesn't match the actual item. I'm seeing very strange happenings on the app end. Two different errors that seem to point to our media info for the file not matching what is actually in it.
