I'm trying to set a few things up but can't seem to get them working - being an propriety enterprise product, I think your ideally mean't to have a support contract with a re-seller; I on the otherhand am a private individual. There's not really any documentation available anywhere that goes into troubleshooting. Firstly I'm trying to configure smtp, but although it's not complaining no emails are being sent. I suspect I have incorrectly configured tls - there's no option to enable encryption, so I've entered the smtp server address as tls://smtp.domain.com; that's the way it usually works elsewhere. Second thing I'm trying to do is set up ssh, so that I can redirect the serial console over that. I've uploaded my public ssh key, but it doesn't accept it - instead it asks for a password and doesn't recognise the password for the account.
