Are you using the same device with the same Google user? Did you clear the data for the app? Can you please follow the instructions to send a log from the app after you get this message? ebr 14935 Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 If you clear data for the app then it will need to re-verify your purchase with the store so be sure store services are properly enabled.
