tdiguy 96 Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 I am curious, since user error is hard to avoid, is it possible to have emby release a tuner when a device is abruptly disconnected? I have found that a vast majority of my issues with tuners getting stuck are basically because my wife hits the home button on the fire remote while watching live tv. I am curious if there is any way for emby to gracefully handle this and free up the tuner? I now have the hdhr linux app installed and i made a set of scripts to manually / forcefully free up tuners.
