manny 13
Hi, When using the 'Custom View for Series' option, I'm getting the following error when navigating to a season where there is no content (i.e. missing) 'MB3 has stopped responding and you will be returned to Windows Media Centre' I'm using MBC 3.0.137.0 and Chocolate 3.0.4.1 Any ideas? Thanks Edited March 10, 2014 by manny
ebr 14929
How do you have MBC 137 but only Chocolate 3.0.4.1? Chocolate 3.0.4.6 is included in 137.
ebr 14929
From the "How to report a problem" topic: If you have a crash in MBC/WMC, we will need the .net error from the Windows Event Log as explained here.

Not, sure but I did have issues the other night and had to uninstall, download and re-install. Maybe something went a bit AWOL as I did tinker with the Release/Beta/Dev settings. I've uninstalled/re-installed again (with no tinkering) and got it to MBC 137 and Chocolate 3.04.6 I now just get the following error. 'Invalid Application unable to launch MB3' I'm just getting the Windows Event Log. Edited March 10, 2014 by manny

manny 13
@@ebr, now sorted I changed the resolution (see other thread) and thought I'd recheck this issue and voila! The problem can be recreated by setting the resolution back to how it was. Out of interest, does the log I posted indicate this? Thanks
ebr 14929
Well the way the display engine in WMC works is that, if something won't fit in the area that is defined for it, then it simply doesn't show it. The problem you had was many of the other items on the screen were being placed relative to the item that wouldn't display and, therefore, the system could not find the item to place them relative to and crashed. What was the screen resolution that caused all of this?
