OSD controls hidden below screen

Hardware: QNAP TS-251A

Client App: FireTV Stick 1.5.21a

 

I believe this issue is simply a formatting issue.  It has been happening for a long time (over a year) even when I was running Emby Server on Windows 10, before moving it to my QNAP NAS.  I believe the issue is the client app.  When I pause, or press the up or down arrow to see the OSD on some movies I cannot see the onscreen controls for play/pause, CC, time left, etc...It appears this is happening because the row that contains the Stars, Rotten Tomatoes Score, Resolution, Audio Format, etc...is too long, and it forces what should be a single row, to take up several rows.  This pushes the OSD off the bottom of the screen.  Note, that is not an overscan issue, the TV is set to show all pixels.
