I am including two both the android log as well as the server log. Sensitive information redacted for privacy purposes. There are no error messages displayed unfortunately. Luke 37291 Posted December 27, 2017 Share Posted December 27, 2017 ok you may just want to uncheck the setting about that because the OS is reporting that you're on a metered (limited) connection, and that's why we're aborting the downloads. thanks. Took about 5 minutes to process. @@bry That's because after changing the setting we don't immediately trigger the download process, so you just had to wait for the next scheduled one.
