Package Update Fails

My Synology says there is an update available, but it keeps failing to install. 

 

NAS: RS3412xs

DSM: 6.1.4-15217 Update 2

Emby: Version 3.2.40.0-1

 

Update says its 3.2.40.6-1 beta

 

Let me know what logs you need (and were i can find them =P).

I was hitting update in Package Center, then I would get a notice in DSM that the update failed. It would happen 5-6 seconds after i tried to do the update. I tried 3 times this morning and got the same result. 

 

I just tried again, to get the exact message of the notice in DSM, and now it looks to be working. 

 

Maybe the file wasn't downloading correctly before. I can not remember if package center showed the "downloading" text this morning.

Can you check that the certificate for the repository is still in place - see this post for details: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/53177-cant-update-package-from-unknown-published/?p=514213.

 

It looks like a DSM update on a small number of systems has been causing the certificate to 'disappear'. We haven't been able to produce this so far on any of our test/development systems.
