wp.rauchholz 5
I run under CENTOS 7, latest updated I got the the page where the path to ffmpg needs to get entered. That is where I am stuck ffmpeg and ffprobe are located in /usr/bin. Here are permissions -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 212800 Apr 27 2016 ffmpeg -rwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 132952 Apr 27 2016 ffprobe Install wizard tells me that it cannot find it. What am I doing wrong? dcrdev 251
Where did you install emby from? Was it a standalone rpm, or from a repository? What's the contents of: ls -hlpa /opt/emby-server/bin In the latest version of emby, it downloads ffmpeg for you and doesn't allow you to choose a custom location. Also @@Jdiesel , he already has execute permissions for the user on ffmpeg/ffprobe and it wouldn't help anyway since they are owned by root and emby runs as "emby"; it's executable by "other" also, so it really doesn't matter. Luke 37186
What architecture? Our new standalone rpms for x64 should be taking care of this so that you never see that screen at all.
