Rubber band effect

Ok this is really nit picky, but it bugs me a bit that Emby doesn't do the "rubber band" effect that is typical for iOS apps. You get the effect when you're scrolling (if you flick the screen, it continues to scroll when you let go). But if you hit the top or the bottom of the content, it just stops, like it hit a brick wall. The typical thing for iOS apps is for the scroll to continue, bounce back a little, and then settle. That's where the "rubber band effect" name came from.
