Tunein plugin not loading settings

Hi,

 

I have Emby 3.2.36.0 running on Windows 10. I installed the Tunein plugin but when I click the settings for the plugin (which is where I assumed I will be able to put in my username / password for Tunein), it doesn't do anything and I see an error in the logs. Is this a compatibility issue or something that I am doing wrong? This is the error:
