tdiguy 96
I primarily use openvpn to access my emby server when i am at work and things are slow. Its not fancy but it works well. Course this "problem" is easily resolved by just setting the quality setting manually. But is there a way to specify my routers ip address as being not local ( ie 192.168.1.1 ) or if it could somehow tell that the ip pool openvpn is using is 10.*
Luke 37188
Hi, anything in the 192.168 range will always be detected as being on your local network.
Luke 37188
As far as 10.x goes, that can be a tricky one. How is that detected now?
tdiguy 96
I just noticed that its detecting my address as the public ip here at work so thats working well. I thought i had set the max mbps on it but i just saw it was not set. Sorry feature is working as intended and is actually smarter than i thought it was
