If someone using a streaming device just turns off their TV while watching TV, the stream continues.  It would be nice if we could configure a kill switch that ends it if it runs for X number of hours.  I just noticed an active tuner after 3 days and 3GB of error logs from a remote device.... unless meth is involved, no one watches TV that long...  thanks

We're working on getting the below request into apps (it is in Roku and soon Android TV) which can take care of it at the client end.

 

However, it still probably makes sense to give the ability to kill a stream at the server end.  I thought there was already a request out here for that too but I can't find it right now.
