TV Series Episode Skipping Bug

I'm currently experiencing a very annoying bug, I'm running the following:

 

Emby for Android v2.9.66

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Android 7.0

 

It seems to be intermittent and it's worse when playing one episode after another (letting Emby auto-play the next episode). Quite simply, I pick an episode and it begins to load but then skips to the next episode, as if there was some kind of playback/transcoding error on the episode I picked. However, if I go back to the episode I wanted and skip to 0:20 or 0:30, playback will begin from there and the rest of the episode plays as normal. The really annoying part is when I have to race the phone and skip to a few seconds in before it gives up loading and skips again.

 

Anybody else had this or have an answer for this? I have the Roku app also and all episodes play fine on there (web is fine also), so there is nothing wrong with the video file itself.

That means some kind of error occurred. Please attach the emby server and ffmpeg log. You can learn how to do that here:
