Improved Support for Hardware Transcoding with VA-API

Hello All

 

Starting with stable release 3.2.35.0-3 (released today), Emby Server now includes improved h/w transcoding support for platforms that support Intel's VA-API.

I am back to testing emby on my 916+. I have VA-API enable and have been successful in the past. However a recent test did not use hardware transcoding; the CPU made quick work of it but was pegged in the process.

Vaapi doesn't support mpeg4 input so it's disabled for this file.
