icsy7867 8
I have two emby servers running. Since my ISP does not give me a public IPv4 address, I have an IPv6 Server, and one running on IPv4 tunneled through my VPN provider (Which can be slow sometimes). One server is running on FreeBSD inside of a Jail. The other is just running on Ubuntu 16.04. Server libraries are identical, and both accessed through NFS shares. If I manually run a scan, everything gets picked up. To test, I have new movies and TV shows sitting in the directory for over 48 hours and they still do not show up. "Real Time Monitoring" is selected for the correct libraries. This is pretty annoying. Any idea on why Emby is failing to scan the directories regularly? Luke 37178
The feature depends on operating system and file system support. It is definitely not supported by FreeBSD.
icsy7867 8
I understand FreeBSD. But Ubuntu is not supported either? Can you do a rescan manually in the terminal?
